What is Permanent Makeup?
Permanent makeup is the art of cosmetic tattooing to enhance the features
of the face. It is the implantation of pigment /color into the upper
layer of the dermis. It can change the way a person looks just by adding
a few strokes. If done properly, it can do wonders to promote positive
attitude and encourage self esteem. The effects can be subtle or bold,
depending on the client's wishes. Consultation is a requirement.
Who needs Permanent Makeup?
People who lead busy lives and are tired of the tedium of applying makeup
everyday.
People who have difficulty applying makeup because of impaired vision
or dexterity.
People who have allergies to traditional makeup.
People who suffer from alopecia or have sparse or thin eyebrows.

Is it safe and does it hurt?
All the equipment and instruments I use for the Permanent Makeup procedures
are sanitized and sterilized .Sterile needles and machine accessories
are wrapped individually, assembled in front of the client prior to
the procedure, and disposed of properly. This ensures that brand new
needles and machine accessories are used for single individuals only.
Surgical gloves are used for each procedure. In addition, a very effective
topical anaesthetic system is used to numb the area to eliminate potential
pain and major discomfort.
How long does the Permanent Makeup last?
In many individuals, these procedures are indeed permanent. For others,
it may be semi permanent. A variety of factors may affect the longevity
of permanent makeup.
Reyna Zachary has been a licensed clinical aesthetician and theatrical
